For this 30” rainbow piece, I decided to go a little bit out of my comfort zone and extend my typical 6 shade rainbow palette to 13 shades. The varying tones create so much depth and the varying brushstroke techniques create a psychedelic/kaleidoscope look. I also added mirror pieces throughout to add a little sparkle when the light hits them. This mandala is definitely otherworldly!
